You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site without our written consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the game in ways that undermine fair play

All content on the Site — including the game logic, design, graphics, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to Knowess and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

Knowess is a single-player game and does not currently support user-generated content or community submissions. If such features are introduced in the future, separate guidelines will apply.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
